Please read these before buying Credit or placing a gift order.
About this service
IMVU Gifts is an independent service that helps people receive items from their IMVU wishlist. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IMVU, Inc. All product names, images and prices come from IMVU's public catalogue and belong to their respective creators.
Your IMVU account
We only ever use your public IMVU username to look up your public profile and wishlist. We will never ask for your IMVU password, and you should never share it with anyone. Confirming a profile on this site is your own declaration that the account is yours; you are responsible for the username you submit.
Credit
Credit is a prepaid balance on this site used solely to request gifts. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged back into money. One Credit corresponds to one IMVU credit of item value. Credit does not expire while your account remains active.
Codes
Credit codes may have a usage limit and an expiry date. Each account can redeem a given code only once. We may disable a code that has been shared publicly, obtained fraudulently, or issued in error.
Orders and delivery
When you request a gift, the Credit is deducted immediately and the order enters our review queue. Most orders are delivered within a few hours. Delivery depends on the item still being available in IMVU's catalogue and on your account being able to receive gifts.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver an order, we reject it and the full Credit amount is returned to your balance automatically. Purchases of Credit packs are refundable only where the Credit has not yet been spent; once Credit has been used for a delivered gift it is non-refundable. Contact us with your order reference for any refund request.
Fair use
Do not attempt to manipulate balances, redeem codes you were not given, submit usernames that are not yours, or use the service for harassment. We may suspend an account and withhold undelivered Credit where we find abuse or fraudulent payments.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
