We call IMVU's public profile service with the username you type. That returns your avatar, display name, age, country and badges — the same details anyone can see on your public profile.

2. Confirm the match
You check the profile we found and confirm it's yours. This is a simple self-declaration — we never ask for your IMVU password, and we never sign into your account.
3. Choose from your wishlist
Your wishlist loads as a grid of items with images, creators and prices. Tap any item for the full preview and details.
4. Spend Credit
Credit is deducted the moment you confirm, and your gift request enters our queue. You'll see it in your dashboard as Pending, then Completed once it's delivered.

What is Credit?
Credit is the balance you hold on this site. One Credit covers one IMVU credit of item value, so an item priced at 999 costs 999 Credit.
How do I get Credit?
Buy a Credit pack on the pricing page with a card or PayPal, or redeem a code from a giveaway, event or reseller.
Do you need my IMVU password?
No. We only use your public username. Any site or person asking for your IMVU password should not be trusted.
How long does delivery take?
Gift requests are reviewed and sent by our team, usually within a few hours. Your dashboard shows the live status.
What if my gift can't be delivered?
If we reject an order — for example the item is no longer available — the Credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Why is my wishlist empty?
Make sure the items are actually saved to your IMVU wishlist, then refresh. Newly added items can take a moment to appear.
